Returns & refunds

Return window You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to return Start a return from your account, or from the order tracking page. We will email you the return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we have received and checked the items. Card refunds usually take 5–10 working days to appear.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
